01 Can the cable be bent? +
Yes. The cable can be bent in half up to five times to change direction without interrupting the signal. Even when bent, it can be easily concealed under paint or wallpaper.
02 Can the cable be run over? +
Yes. The cable can withstand pressures ranging fr to 900 kg per cm².
03 How do I attach the cable? +
The cable can be secured using the double-sided adhesive strips provided. For uneven surfaces —such as textured walls—you can supplement with glue.
04 Can We Cut the Cable? +
Yes. The cable can be cut to length with a simple pair of scissors.
05 Do I need any tools to install the connectors? +
No. Everything is included in the package, except for the scissors needed to cut the cable to the desired length.
06 What are the recommended usage guidelines? +
The cable is designed for lighting fixtures and small household appliances, with a maximum of 16A / 230V / 3500W.
07 What is the product's lifespan? +
As a mechanical product with no electronics, the cable is designed to last more than 100 years.
08 Can I buy more cables or connectors? +

10 Is the cable waterproof? +
Yes. The cable is IP65-rated, which means it can be installed under paint, plaster, tile adhesive, mortar, etc. The connectors are IP61-rated and must therefore be sealed to allow for installation outdoors or in a bathroom.
11 Can you touch the cable when it’s live? +
Yes. The cable does not get hot and can be touched safely thanks to its recyclable PET (polyethylene terephthalate) sheath, which replaces the traditional PVC sheath.
12 Can the cable catch fire? +
No. The cable is fire-resistant. In the event of an exceptional power surge , it may bulge, heat up, and melt , but it cannot catch fire.
13 Can this cable be used for three-phase power? +
No. The cable is designed for single-phase use at a maximum of 16A, in accordance with French regulations . It must not be used in a three-phase system.
